Join us for a fun and creative event to celebrate 100 years of World Thinking Day! During this hour-long Zoom session, each participant will receive a special package with materials to create two heart-shaped suncatchers - one to keep and one to give to a friend! You'll also receive a World Thinking Day patch. After creating your suncatchers during the virtual event, take a photo and email it to us so you can keep your original at home. We'll combine the suncatcher images into one digital collage that showcases the creativity and unity of Girl Scouts across our council and beyond. This event is all about connecting through World Thinking Day, celebrating Girl Scouting, and sharing our friendship for one another!

What You'll Receive and How to Participate:

  • A special package with art materials to create two heart-shaped suncatchers - one for you to keep and one to give to a friend!
  • The 2026 World Thinking Day Patch
  • Access to our Hearts and Art Rallyhood, where you can post your suncatcher pictures and see our digital quilt grow!
  • During the virtual event, create your suncatchers and meet new Girl Scout friends from all over!

Take a photo 📸 of your finished suncatcher and email it to us at info@gsvsc.org or post in the Hearts and Art Rallyhood.

We'll create a beautiful digital collage using all the suncatcher pictures and add it to last year's Hearts and Art quilt!
