Setting Up Social Media Accounts

Did you know your troop and service unit may already have a site set up on Rallyhood? (Check there first, or contact us for help.)
To protect our members, we have developed specific social media guidelines for Girl Scouts of Virginia Skyline volunteers to use.

Be Sensitive About Privacy
- Only use first names for youth in posts. If you have more than one girl with the same first name, the last initial can be used. Example: Juliette L.
- Never post last names, phone numbers, addresses, or email addresses.
- Get photo permission before posting pictures of youth.
- Do not violate copyright laws. Do not use any images without permission.
