Join the VA Skyline Adventurers for one, two and/or three SUP summertime
adventures! These events will allow you to learn and practice your stand
up paddleboarding. Start slow and grow your skills over this summer.
Have fun trying something new and hanging out with new and old friends
on the water! All equipment is provided.
Who: Juniors - Ambassadors (11+ years old)
Fee: $40.00 (for each session)
Min/Max Girls: 4/10 (for each session)
Badge/Patch Included?: no; girls may purchase additional Adventurers merchandise (patch, decals, bandanna, ballcap, performance t-shirts); details listed on the event registration.

Adventurers Scholarship
Through the generosity of donors, a scholarship fund has been established in honor of our group’s founder, Barbara Duerk, to help girls participate in Adventurers activities. Requests may not be more than $100/year, and each application will be considered on a case by case basis. Details, criteria and application for this scholarship fund can be found here . Please submit scholarship applications one week before the program's registration close date. Have questions? LEARN ABOUT THE ADVENTURERS HERE
Adventurers is an action-oriented group of older Girl Scouts who are seeking exciting activities to challenge their capabilities, broaden their horizons, and increase their self-confidence. It is for girls ages 11-17 and in grades 6-12. Members often participate in rock climbing, caving, kayaking, backpacking, travel, hiking and other similar high-adventure activities.
