Are you ready for the 2026 Service Unit Team Campout & Glampin?
Calling all Service Unit Team members new and experienced! You
are invited to join us at the Service Unit Team Campout. Come connect
with other Service Unit Team Leaders and Teams! Be ready to relax and
unwind together. This is a time to connect with other service units as
we discuss our strengths, challenges, and how you make a difference in
your Girl Scout Communities. Volunteers new to their local service
unit team are welcome! This is where new volunteers start their
service unit orientations. See event details below for more info! DOWNLOAD

Volunteers are welcome to sign up for just Saturday or
Sunday-only training!
Participation & Sleeping Accommodation Options:
- Saturday & Sunday: Glamping in the gym (cot provided - 20 max)
- Saturday & Sunday: Glamping in the gym (air mattress and fitted sheet provided - 60 max)
- Saturday & Sunday: Campout in personal tent (no max)
- Saturday & Sunday: Sleep offsite at your expense (no max)

Who: Adult service unit administrative volunteers - experienced, new, and wannabe service unit team members are welcome!

Cost: Free except for Level 1 Archery ($50) & First Aid & CPR training ($16)

Session Min/Max Particpation Requirements:
- Hiker Training Min/Max: 5/20
- Level I Archery Min/Max: 5/10
- First Aid & CPR Min/Max per session: 3/12
- GS 106 Council Program Event Planning: 5/58
Those who select and pay for archery or First Aid/CPR sessions, we will email you follow up instructions. Both of these sessions require an online prerequisite that must be completed no later than April 27th.

Participants must be registered by the registration deadline to participate!
Required Forms: Email your t-shirt size & 2072 Adult Health History form to info@gsvsc.org by 12 pm (noon), April 10, 2026. Ensure you include Service Unit Team Campout in the Subject line!
What to Bring: Be sure to bring a bagged lunch for Saturday, Service Unit resources & ideas to share. Upon completing registration, the program agenda and a list of what to bring is available for download in your gsEvent dashboard under Additional Documentation. Registrants may access resources through their My Events Dashboard by logging into their MY GS / My Account portal to download 'Additional Documentation' for campout.
