Each year, Girl Scouts of Virginia Skyline Council (GSVSC) hosts Open Council Dialogue meetings to garner feedback from our membership on governance issues. All members 14 years of age and older are welcome to attend these meetings, however if you want to serve as a delegate/voting member to GSVSC's Annual Meeting you MUST attend one of these meetings. (NOTE: GSVSC Annual Meeting delegates/voting members are individuals ages 14 and over on or before October 1, immediately preceding the last annual meeting, who are currently registered as Girl Scout members through the Girl Scouts of Virginia Skyline Council and have attended an Open Council Dialogue during the current fiscal year.)
The GSVSC Membership Voice Committee in conjunction with the GSVSC
Board of Directors facilitates these meetings. There are four meetings
scheduled (three virtual and one in-person). Each meeting has the same
agenda for discussion.
