It's Cookie Manager Training Time-Get Ready to Explore!
Register now for Virginia Skyline's Cookie Manager Training to ensure girls, troops, and service units are ready for the MY27 Cookie Season. Cookie Manager training is required for troop and service unit volunteers, as well as parents/caregivers for individually registered girls (Juliettes).

The Girl Scout Cookie Program begins on December 1!
Adults must be a registered adult member and have an eligible background check on file with council to be a Cookie Manager for a troop, a service unit, or an individually registered member (Juliette).
This is a Virtual Training via Zoom. Topics will encompass the following:

Program Timelines: Learning initial order deadlines, delivery dates, cookie pickup openings, and booth start/end windows.

Order Management: Utilizing Ebudde for tracking initial orders, managing reorders, coordinating cookie pickups, schedule cookie booths, and managing rewards and incentives

Digital Tools: Utilizing Digital Cookie personal storefronts, marketing, track goals, and progress, online credit card orders and direct-to-customer deliveries.

Financial Compliance: Managing cookie funds, ensuring parent/guardian permission and financial agreements are signed, and submitting reward opt-out forms.

Family Engagement: Pre-season family meeting to outline goals, safety rules, and deadlines.
