Join Girl Scouts for an exciting afternoon of college basketball as the James Madison University Women's Basketball Team takes on Appalachian State on February 21st for JMU's Pink Out / Play for Kay Breast Cancer Awareness Game.

 

Girl Scouts are encouraged to wear their vests and pink as we cheer on the Dukes and support breast cancer awareness. This special game honors survivors, remembers loved ones, and brings the community together for an inspiring and fun evening.Don't miss this chance to enjoy a great game and show Girl Scout pride.

Parking: 

For detailed parking information, click here. Parking for basketball games is available in the Ballard Parking Deck directly adjacent to the Atlantic Union Bank Center.  Additional parking is also available in nearby surface parking lots.

 

Bag Policy: 

To further enhance the security screening process at the Atlantic Union Bank Center, JMU Athletics implemented a clear bag policy. Fans are asked to adhere to the policy by either leaving all prohibited, non-clear bags at home or in their vehicles, or by using the following guidelines: 

  • Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12"
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag
  • Small clutch purse, with or without strap or handle that do not exceed 4.5" x 6.5"
  • An exception will be made for medically necessary items and diaper bags with the presence of a child after proper inspection at a designated entrance


Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to: non-clear purses, wallets or clutches larger than 4.5" x 6.5", coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, luggage of any kind, computer bags and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size.

Seat cushions and seat backs are permitted as long as they do not have pockets and are not in a carrying bag, are no wider than 18" and do not have armrests. Items needed for small children must be in a clear bag that meets the stated dimensions
