Join us for Girl Scouts Love State Parks Weekend at Grayson Highlands State Park for a full day of outdoor adventure, exploration, and hands-on nature fun! Girl Scouts and their families will discover the wonders of the park through interactive activities designed to connect girls with the natural world.

Try a Hike & Nature Journaling adventure or participate in a Sit Spot activity to observe and record sounds, weather, animals, and more. Learn about native plants through a Native Seed Activity and help pollinators by making seed bombs with Girl Scouts of Virginia Skyline Council Program staff - just make sure you take them home! Scouts can also investigate wetland ecosystems through Creek Critters exploration and water quality discussions.

Throughout the day, enjoy more park ranger-led opportunities and discover the beauty of Grayson Highlands State Park!
