The campout is a member-only event. Everyone attending the overnight must be a registered Girl Scout member (girls and adults), and adults must have a current, cleared background check. No tag-alongs allowed. Having Outdoor Education training is NOT a requirement for this overnight campout event.

Movie Description: A world-famous K-pop girl group composed of members Rumi, Mira, and Zoey lead secret double lives as elite demon hunters.
Movie general info:
Campout: Yes, minimum of 50 girls and adults. The minimum is set by the RidgeYaks Stadium. If we are unable to meet this minimum, we will not have the campout. Everyone must be off the field by 9 am on Saturday August 8th.
All attending troops must complete the 2129 trip permission form. For stadium camping, GS 301 Outdoor Education is NOT required, but all adult volunteers must be background checked and registered members. Safety ratios and guidelines must still be adhered to.
Notes for Carillion Field:
Parents/guardians must be registered adult members, have an
eligible background check on file with council, and must stay during
the entire program.
Troop Leaders & Troop Chaperones must
be registered adult members, have an eligible background check on
file with council, be fully trained for their position, and must
stay during the entire program.
Training requirements:
GS 201 Trips and Overnights
GS104 Orientation for Support Volunteers (if coming as a troop and bringing Troop Chaperones). Must also have the Troop Driver Role assigned and have completed the 281 Girl Scout Driver Safety Pledge & Insurance Information Submission course in gsLearn.
