Camp Firefly Sampler Day
We're opening up camp for one day only! Come check it out!
Come visit Camp Sacajawea, meet the Camp Firefly Directors & get a taste of camp. We'll have snacks, an archery demonstration, a craft, a chance to see the local eagles in their nest, and a tour of the property. This will be a great opportunity for families considering the five-night Camp Firefly this June, but all interested Girl Scouts are welcome to attend.
Date: Sunday, March 29th
Time: 1 PM - 4 PM (Plan to spend 60-90 minutes at camp. This is a drop in event open house style, not required to stay the full time)

Supervision for girl-to-adult ratios:
Participants may attend as individuals with a parent/guardian. Parent/guardian required to stay with scouts & tagalongs during the entire program. This is a family event. All family members are welcome to register and participate. All participants on site must registered Girl Scout members, register for the event, and pay the applicable fees.

Cancellation / Refund Policy:
If a participant choses to cancel their registration, refunds will not be issued for any cancellation less than 30 days prior to the date of the program, event, camp or training, and will not include any processing fees or unrecoverable program expenses incurred by the organizer(s). Refunds will not be issued for fewer than $5; after applicable refund processing fees. All GSVSC sanctioned (council, troop, SU) events will be delivered as advertised or registrants are to receive a full refund should the event be cancelled by the Girl Scout organizer(s). Decisions regarding cancellations of programs, events, trips, camps or trainings due to uncontrollable circumstances, as approved by the CEO, are made with the safety of our members in mind and based on conditions at the program, event, trip, camp or training location.
