Return to Camp Sacajawea for the Equinox Daylight Adventure, a fall Earth Day-inspired program dedicated to giving back to the environment and deepening our connection with nature. This hands-on experience blends environmental stewardship, outdoor exploration, and creative nature-based activities as girls work toward earning their eco badges throughout the day.

Local programs partners include Lynchburg Water Resources, where they will lead the Parachute Pollution and an Enviroscape watershed model activities. These hands-on experiences will introduce girls to watersheds, stormwater, and pollution while helping them understand how everyday actions can affect our waterways and what they can do to help protect and conserve these vital resources. We will also have special Girl Scout beekeeper guests courtesy of the Piedmont Beekeeper Association where girls will learn about honeybees and how important they are as nature's pollinators!
