THIS TRIP IS FULL
Join the VA Skyline Adventurers for three days of fresh
air, meaningful connections, and a much-needed escape from the hustle
and bustle of everyday life! Unplug, unwind, and reconnect with nature
at our Chill Out Retreat, a three-day immersive experience designed to
refresh your mind, body, and spirit. Inspired by the Vitamin N Fun
Patch activities, this retreat will feature a variety of outdoor
adventures, mindfulness exercises, and creative explorations to help
you soak in the benefits of nature.
Our home base for the
retreat will be Occoneechee
State Park, where we’ll stay in cabins surrounded by beautiful
lake views and peaceful woodlands. From there, we’ll venture out to
explore Staunton
River State Park (just 11 miles away) and Staunton
River Battlefield State Park (only 6 miles away). Each location
offers unique opportunities for scenic hikes, wildlife observation,
outdoor games, and historical discoveries.
Participants
will enjoy nature walks, hands-on crafts, relaxation techniques, and
plenty of time to soak in the great outdoors. Whether you're looking
to recharge, have fun, or deepen your connection with nature, this
retreat offers the perfect blend of adventure and tranquility.
