Empowered Equestrian Camp is a fun, educational, and confidence-building week designed for riders to develop horsemanship skills both in and out of the saddle. Campers will enjoy daily riding lessons, hands-on horse care, barn activities, and games, all in a safe, supportive environment.

The week begins with a mandatory barn safety and horse handling session to ensure all campers understand safe practices around horses. Throughout the week, campers will learn grooming and tacking, participate in riding lessons tailored to their level, enjoy bareback games, and take part in daily barn chores that teach responsibility and teamwork.

Educational activities include learning parts of the horse, exploring different horse breeds and disciplines, and preparing horses for a show. Campers will also enjoy special themed activities such as a pony parade, a horse spa day, and show preparation. One day features a fun cookout and horse movie, giving campers a chance to relax and bond with their peers.

The week concludes with a Friday Horse Show, where each camper will showcase skills they’ve learned both mounted and unmounted. Parents and family are invited to attend and celebrate the campers’ accomplishments.

Campers should bring a packed lunch, snacks, water bottle, sunscreen, and weather-appropriate riding attire. Closed-toe, hard-soled shoes with a heel are required.

Empowered Equestrian Camp is perfect for riders who want to build confidence, deepen their connection with horses, and have an unforgettable week at the barn.
