GSVSC Annual Meeting

The Girl Scouts of Virginia Skyline Council Annual Meeting is a governance meeting and a time for members to join together to perform the business of the council, share our common goals and successes, and discuss the future of the Movement. Council delegates will vote on council bylaw amendments*, elect the board, the board development committee and, every three years, elect our national council delegates and alternate delegates to the Girl Scouts of the USA National Council Meeting. This year's annual meeting includes the business meeting, state of the council address, The Skyline Shop, continental breakfast, display area, fun, and friends! 

Participants must be 14 years or older to attend the annual meeting. 

*Updated Council bylaws and agenda will be shared via email and regular communication channels (Girl Scout Connection, Social Media, etc) once they have been approved by the board. 

 

Registration information: Utilize special circumstances to provide special accommodations needed and dietary information to provide dietary restrictions or severe food allergies.

Continental breakfast will be provided at no charge.

Girl Scout Camp Icimani, Roanoke, VA
(in case of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the meeting will be held virtually on the scheduled date)

Cancellation / Refund Policy
If a participant chooses to cancel their registration, they must email info@gsvsc.org to request a cancellation.  Refunds for any applicable fees will not be issued for any cancellation less than 30 days prior to the date of the program, event, camp or training, and will not include any processing fees or unrecoverable program expenses incurred by the organizer(s). Refunds will not be issued for fewer than $5; after applicable refund processing fees. All GSVSC sanctioned (council, troop, SU) events will be delivered as advertised or registrants are to receive a full refund should the event be cancelled by the Girl Scout organizer(s). Decisions regarding cancellations of programs, events, trips, camps or trainings due to uncontrollable circumstances, as approved by the CEO, are made with the safety of our members in mind and based on conditions at the program, event, trip, camp or training location.
