Get ready for a summer filled with London's old-school charm and
Paris' iconic city of love! Here's a look at what we'll be doing (the
group will work together on planning this trip out in detail):
LONDON: June 21-26
- Pax Lodge, a World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts World Centre, located in London, England; a five day summer event for girls to discover London with other members of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts
- Iconic attractions to possibly visit: Tower of London, Buckingham Palace, The British Museum, The London Eye and Hyde Park
PARIS: June 26-July 1
- DISNEYLAND PARIS!!
- Super sightseeing to possibly do: Eiffel Tower, Louvre Museum, Notre-Dame Cathedral, Palace of Versailles
This travel group will work together to help each girl develop a
plan to cover trip expenses; some group fundraising will be
done. PLUS, you can apply for a $200
Adventurers Scholarship.
Dates: June 19-July 2, 2026
Location: London, England and Paris, France
Girls' Ages: must be 14 years old by June 2025
Cost: $4,000 (estimated; cost dependent upon destinations
& activities the girls choose); after a girl is notified that
she is chosen, a non-refundable $200 deposit will be required to
hold her spot (which goes towards your overall trip cost)

Adventurers Scholarship: NEW = $200 for trips!
Through the generosity of donors, a scholarship fund has been
established in honor of our group’s founder, Barbara Duerk, to help
girls participate in Adventurers activities. Requests may not be more
than $100/year/program and $200 for trips $2,000+, and each
application will be considered on a case by case basis. Details,
criteria and application for this scholarship fund can be found
here. Please submit scholarship applications one week before the

ABOUT THE ADVENTURERS HERE
Adventurers is an
action-oriented group of older Girl Scouts who are seeking exciting
activities to challenge their capabilities, broaden their horizons,
and increase their self-confidence. It is for girls ages 11-17 and in
grades 6-12. Members often participate in rock climbing, caving,
kayaking, backpacking, travel, hiking and other similar high-adventure
