Dark Hollow Day Camp
Camp Theme: Ready for Adventure!
This is a two-week day camp (10 days) with a special opportunity for Girl Scout Daisies to explore a week of camp on June 17-21 (details here).
Join us to play, sing, hike, creek walk, cook, eat, and make new friends. Girls will earn a camp patch and most units earn a badge. But more importantly, girls will make new friends, learn how to live in nature, become stronger, learn teamwork, and more surprises.
Dates: June 17-21 and June 24-28 (Mondays-Fridays)
Times: drop-off at 8:45 AM (camp activities will begin at 9:00 AM); pickup at 4:00 PM except on June 28 = 12:00 PM pickup; if you need to arrange a specific drop-off or pick-up, you must contact Camp Director Judy "Fred" Moore at 540-761-2823 or moore1235@aol.com
Overnight: yes, Thursday, June 27 for all campers; and Thursdays, June 20 + 27, for Adventure Caravan campers.

Camper Ages: rising 3rd-11th graders
Camper Prices:
$200 for rising 3rd-9th graders
$250 for Adventure
Caravan (rising 7th-11th graders)
$45 for CPA, CIT, CIT2 (rising
7th-12th graders)
Patch/Badge Included?: yes, camp patch + most units earn badges
Registration Closes: camp t-shirt guarantee deadline = June 1; after that date camp registration closes on June 14.
Camp Scholarship: Help send girls to camp for FREE! The Rose Allen Shorty's Scholarship Award sends 10 girls to Dark Hollow Day Camp each summer! Don't forget to nominate a girl for the Rose Allen "Shorty’s" I Love Dark Hollow Day Camp Scholarship Award. Girl nominations must come from troop leader or Girl Scout volunteer. Parents or caregivers/guardians may NOT nominate their own campers. Deadline to nominate is Monday, May 20, 2024.

Sessions and options are specific to the camper's age/program level. Sessions or options that are full will NOT be visible at the time of registration. Campers may be able to join a waitlist, if available. Campers must be registered as a Girl Scout member to participate in Girl Scout camp.
