Come to camp, and
celebrate the 65th anniversary of Camp Sugar Hollow and the 60th
anniversary of the Virginia Skyline Council as we explore Girl
Scouting traditions and camp history. We'll light a spark in our
campers to carry Girl Scouting with them for years to come.
Sugar Hollow traditions will continue: We will wade in the creek, enjoy nature, tie-dye camp shirts, hike our beautiful hills, sing around the campfire, and learn outdoor skills as we make new friends at camp. On-site activities will include archery for girls going into grades 4 through 7. In addition, the rising 7th grade Cadette unit may have one day of off-site activity, such as kayaking.

Tagalong** Prices:

Transportation:
Free bus transportation is available from multiple locations around the Charlottesville area. Bus seating is limited, but campers are encouraged to ride the bus or carpool to camp to use resources wisely. If not enough campers ride the bus, then bus service will be cancelled. It is very important for families to make carpooling arrangements to/from camp or bus stops prior to registration so that accurate bus stop information is collected at the time of registration. Bus stops typically include Pantops Shopping Center, Rio Hill Shopping Center, Wegmans Shopping Center, and Piedmont Store.
Camp Hours:
9:30-4:30 - Drop off occurs between 9:00-9:30, and pick up occurs between 4:30-4:45; Bus times vary
Sessions and options are specific to the camper's age/program level. Sessions or options that are full will NOT be visible at the time of registration. Campers are encouraged to join the waitlist as we regularly open additional spots as additional volunteers join our camp staff.
*Campers and youth staff must be registered as a Girl Scout Member to participate in Girl Scout camp.
