EVENT DATE CHANGE DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER.  SEE EVENT DESCRIPTION FOR UPDATES. The Girl Scouts of Virginia Skyline Council Recognitions Ceremony is a time to celebrate our members who are nominated for the council and national awards recognizing outstanding accomplishments that go well beyond what would be expected for the position held. To attend our ceremony, all pa rticipants must be registered by April 8.  Seating space is limited.

3:00 PM-5:00 PM
 

WHERE: Roanoke, VA.  Specific event location is shared in your MY GS / My Events Dashboard upon registration.

WHO: Nominees, family members, volunteers, girl members, and council staff.  All are welcome, but seating space is limited and registration is required.

WHAT: Recognize outstanding accomplishments of our members that go well beyond what would be expected for the position held.

COST: FREE

NOTE: 
Doors Open at 3:00 PM
Social time with heavy hors d'oeuvres and refreshments at 3:00 pm
Ceremony begins at 3:30 PM 

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Thursday , April 11, at 11:59 PM.  To attend, all participants must be registered by April 11.  Seating space is limited.

MAX CAPACITY
Youth max: 20
Adult max: 70

20+ YEARS PIN REQUESTS: 

If requested, pins for 20 years or more will be presented at the GSVSC Recognitions Ceremony. Forms must be received by April 1 to be presented at this event. Recipients may request their (20+) pin be mailed, if unable to attend the GSVSC Recognitions Ceremony.
