This event not only honors the invaluable contributions of volunteers
during Volunteer Appreciation Month, but also taps into the creative
spirit of the Girl Scouting community. Through this two-hour craft
session with Salem-based Hammer & Stain
, volunteers will be celebrated and thanked in a uniquely personal and
memorable way: a free, do-it-yourself home decor painting project. You
can pick from a square or round board project with several options of designs.
Hammer & Stain will be onsite to walk you through the process step-by-step, sharing tips and painting techniques to add texture and visual interest to your one-of-a-kind handmade project. Snacks and cocktails provided onsite to celebrate Volunteer Appreciation Month.
