Governance

Girl Scouts of Virginia Skyline Council have elected Service Unit and at-large delegates to represent our various regions.  A huge "Thank You" goes out to all who take time to vote and to provide valuable input. Delegates attend our Council's Annual Meeting, vote on any amendments to our Council Bylaws and elect the Board and our National Delegates and alternate Delegates to the National Council of GSUSA.

Each Service Unit may elect up to two delegates, including any member 14 years of age or older. Remaining nominees may be elected to serve as alternate Delegates.
