Since the IDP has been extended until September 7 (meaning NO in-person meetings) and camp use will now be restricted until November, WWW will be rescheduled for our usual weekend gathering in March.
Wild Women's Weekend is now scheduled for March 19-21, 2021 at Camp Sacajawea.
- If you can't attend or are unsure at this time and would like a refund, please let us know: email@example.com We can refund by Venmo or by check. If you would like a check, please include your address.
- If you plan to attend, let us know and we can hold onto your registration and registration fee.
- If your status changes, we can refund money or accept money at any time.
New coordinators will still need to take Overnight and Trip Training online before WWW. If the council offers Event Training before WWW, you can take that as well, freeing you to do other fun activities at WWW. However, we will still offer Event Training and Adventurer Training at WWW.
Spend a fun-filled weekend training to become an Adventurers Coordinator! This weekend is so amazing many people attend year-after-year. Come with a desire to be part of the volunteer programming team for older girls and leave eager to lead high-adventure events and trips that will help girls challenge their capabilities, broaden their horizons, and increase their self-confidence.
First time attendees will complete Event Training on Saturday morning and will complete Adventurers training on Sunday morning, including working with an experienced coordinator on the steps to plan an actual event. Newcomers must complete the online GS201 Trips and Overnight Training before the weekend.
Our theme this year is HERstory: A Step Back in Time and weekend highlights will include:
- HERstory costume contest
- service project
