Open Council Dialogue Meeting Dates and Agenda Announced

Each year, GSVSC hosts open council dialogue meetings in the fall to garner feedback from the membership on governance issues. All members 14 years of age and older are encouraged to attend one of these meetings but delegates and substitute delegates must attend one of these meetings. The membership voice committee in conjunction with the board of directors facilitates these meetings. All meetings will start at 10:00 AM and conclude by 12:00 PM. Delegate training will be offered before each meeting from 9:00 – 9:45 AM. There are 4 meetings scheduled throughout the council. In addition, a conference call is scheduled if you cannot make one of the in-person meetings. Each meeting has the same agenda for discussion. View the Open Council Dialogue Meeting Agenda.
