Have you ever thought about working with horses? Maybe you have wondered if there are actually any horse careers out there. Come spend the day at the Averett University Riding Center where students and faculty members will be working with Girl Scouts to educate them about Equestrian Studies and career opportunities in Virginia! Girls will take a tour of the universities campus and eat lunch at the campus dinning hall. Girls will Take Action in a service project painting jumps for the riding center. By the end of this program girls will leave with a greater understanding of future career pathways! Sign up by August 14, 2013 and receive $5 off!

For more information on the riding facilities and programs, visit Averett University online.

Participants may attend as individuals (with sponsor/adult/parent) or troops (with appropriate number of leaders/adults). Parent/guardian or leader will need to stay during the program.
