eProgram is GSVSC’s email newsletter for girls, troop/group leaders, organizers, and anyone else with an interest in Girl Scout programming in our council.

Find out all the latest happenings in Virginia Skyline! All of the council’s announcements are compiled in an issue that is currently released twice a month. Announcements are listed by grade level, so girls and leaders are able to scroll down and easily find information of interest to them and the girls in their troop or group.
