Customer Care & Business Specialist (Full-Time) — The customer care & business specialist serves as one of the first points of contact for inquiries via phone, email or in-person through the reception area or shop. There will be additional responsibilities in the product sale and retail departments in order to support all customers. Outreach Program Specialist (Part-Time) — Under the direction
of the volunteer support & program director, outreach program
providers are delivering Girl Scout programming to girls in schools,
community centers, public housing communities, foster or kinship care
environments, residential children’s facilities within the council
jurisdiction. The goal is to support the social, emotional, and
educational development of girls, who may not otherwise have the
opportunity to participate in Girl Scouts. The position ensures girls
participating in our outreach program experience quality program
delivery based on the Girl Scout Leadership Experience. Assist and

Program Coordinator (Full-Time) — The program coordinator is responsible for supporting and retaining adult volunteers and girl members in assigned program-grade level area (K-12) by providing mentoring, developing and delivering resources, and developing and maintaining partnerships to assist volunteers in their work with girls. The program coordinator works collaboratively with members of the mission delivery team as well as cross-functionally with other departments to ensure achievement of the goals of the council. Retail Assistant (Part-Time) — Under direction of the business director, the retail sales assistant is responsible for providing operational support to the council retail shop function, including but not limited to mobile shops.
