Development Specialist - Fulltime w/benefits
Under the direction of the Development Director, the Development Specialist manages the council's fundraising and donor database (Raiser's Edge) and related systems, and is responsible for data entry functions, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of donor data, developing effective reporting strategies, and supporting all aspects of the organization's Fund Development program. Work includes continuous improvement by developing and implementing new, management-approved policies and procedures for the systems, leading database cleanup and analysis projects, communicating about database issues effectively within the organization.
