Girl Scout Day is a chance for girls to participate in hands-on activities while learning about the different fields of engineering! Participants will complete 6 different problem solving activities. Four of these will just be thinking problems, and the last two will involve building a solution to a problem.

Participants may attend as individuals (with sponsor/adult/parent) or troops (with appropriate # of leaders/adults). Parent/guardian or leader will need to stay during the program.

Program Cost: free for girls
Min/Max: 15/30 girls

Note: Parking: On weekends, visitors do not need a parking permit, but visitors may not park in the the Owens, Dietrick Dining Hall, and Basketball Practice Facility Lots. Visitors may park on the Drillfield or any other parking lots. Please see the Virginia Tech website if you have any other questions about parking.
