Girls and Ghouls
Come dressed in your finest ghoulish attire or make your own mask when you arrive! Troops can end the evening with a ghostly campfire and s'mores or camp out until morning. Troops will have the opportunity to test their outdoor cooking skills as they prepare their own dinner (about 1.5 hours will be allowed for preparing, eating, and cleaning up.) Snacks, s'mores, and breakfast are included in the cost. Any girl who will not be staying the night may be picked up at 9pm. All troops must have an outdoor education trained adult with them in order to cook over a fire or camp stove, build a fire, use knives, or sleep in a tent. If you do not have an outdoor education trained adult you may pack a dinner and cabin-camp (limited accomodations, allocated to troops and individuals on a first come first served basis; contact email@example.com to request cabins.) NOTE: Volunteer help is needed at each of the program stations. No prep required. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you are willing to help lead basic craft activities.
Participants may attend as individuals (with sponsor/adult/parent) or troops (with appropriate # of leaders/adults). Parent/guardian or leader will need to stay during the program.
