Camp Directors' Conference
The Camp Director's Conference is a time for networking and a time of inspiration, education, and renewal as we reflect on the past year and look forward to the next. There will be a time for sharing with open discussions regarding leadership & supervision, staff training, camper and staff development, camp programming, evaluation, risk management, and emergency planning, and much more. There will be two tracks this year: new and experienced. This conference is open to both camp directors and camp administrative volunteers.

What to Bring:
- Pen or pencil and notebook
- Snacks to share
- A reusable water bottle or favorite mug
- Laptop, if you like typing your notes and incorporating them into future camp plans
- Unwanted camp program supplies for swapping!
Lodging: FREE Friday night lodging at Camp Icimani provided for volunteers from out-of-town and don't mind sleeping in the gym. Mattress pads are provided or you can bring your own air mattress or cot. Please indicate whether you need lodging during registration.
Meals: a light continental breakfast with hot tea and coffee will be provided Saturday morning. Lunch from Panera will also be provided. Participants should provide their lunch preference during registration.
