Course 3: Pork Tenderloin Kabobs tossed in fresh herbs and slow roasted with tomato, basil, and grilled peaches
Course 4: Grass Fed Beef Meatloaf with smoked gouda mashed potatoes, asparagus, and wild mushroom medley
Course 5: Cheese Crepes with macerated berries and espresso whipped cream
