Adventures in VA State Parks: Intro to Nature Photography (Smith Mt. Lake) - FULL
THIS EVENT IS FULL AND HAS A WAITING LIST.
Do you love nature?
Do you love photography?
Do you want to take better photos of nature and wildlife?
Join professional, award-winning photographer, Melody Robbins, for a hands-on photography workshop amid the beautiful scenery of Smith Mountain Lake State Park. Learn simple steps to handle natural light environments as well as creative ways to photograph wildflowers, insects and other varieties of wildlife with your DSLR camera and lenses. Be prepared for outdoor conditions by dressing in layers, wearing proper shoes for a light hike, sunscreen, water, etc. Most importantly bring your own DSLR camera. If you don't have a camera with interchangeable lenses, you can use a cell phone camera, however, you won't be able to control exposure and depth of field which we will cover with DSLR's.
