Pack'N'Boots: Dobie Mountain
Join us for a one night backpacking experience at Dobie Mountain in the George Washington National Forest. Participants will hike through wooded terrain, with plentiful greenstone outcrops, past the remnants of a small plane that crashed in the 1960's, and spend the night near an Appalachian Trail shelter. Backpacks, tents, stoves, and other equipment are provided, making this an economical way to discover the joys of backpacking.
A mandatory pre-planning session will be held for any girls that have not backpacked with the Adventurers before.
Participants may attend as individuals.

Please submit scholarship applications one week before the program's registration close date. Have questions?
