Community OneStop Re-Shop 2013 – Roanoke & Staunton

Celebrate Earth Day, and join us for a day of “re-shopping” at an indoor Girl Scout yard sale! There will be plenty of furniture, electronics, home goods, bicycles, toys, sports equipment, books, DVDs, hardware, and MUCH, MUCH MORE! All proceeds from this event will be dedicated to the Girl Scouts of Virginia Skyline Council’s financial assistance/scholarship budget.

 

OneStop Re-Shop 2013 – Roanoke
Saturday, April 27, 2013; 8 AM – 9 PM
Tanglewood Mall (lower level adjacent to JC Penney)

Donations: We are currently collecting items. There are a few ways you can donate your items.

  • You can drop your items off NOW at Starkey Road Self Storage during the following hours:
    • Tuesdays 10 AM – 12 PM
    • Thursdays 3 PM – 5 PM
  • You can WAIT and drop off your items between April 16th – April 25th at our Tanglewood Mall location. To make a donation, go to the back of the mall and enter the marked door to the right of JC Penney. Drop off times:
    • M, T, W, TH: 10 AM – 2 PM
    • Fri, 4/19: 5:30-7:30 PM
    • Sat, 4/20: 8 AM – 2 PM
    • Wed, 4/24: 10 AM – 2 PM & 6-8 PM

If you cannot make any of these times, please call Hailey Hermosa at 540-777-5117 to schedule your drop-off.

Donations: We are currently collecting items. There are a few ways you can donate your items.

  • You can drop off your items between April 22nd – April 24th at our Staunton Mall location. Drop off times:
    • 9 AM – 2:30 PM & 4-7 PM

If you cannot make any of these times, please call Aimee, 717-659-0328 or Ellen, 540-836-8225, or email hmlstroop@yahoo.com to schedule a drop-off or pick-up.

 

Items We Cannot Accept at OneStop Re-Shop (both locations):

  • Clothing
  • Consumer Product Safety Commission frequently recalled items — car seats, baby cribs, strollers, carriages, playpens, play yards, high chairs, children’s items containing lead
  • Building Materials — toilets, lumber, concrete, bricks, stones, etc.
  • Adult books — We will only be accepting children’s books
  • Mattresses and box springs — Due to state laws, we are not allowed to sell these items

 

Note: The OneStop Re-Shop will accept Visa, MasterCard, cash and personal checks.
