Membership/Recruitment Manager-SW – Full-time, Counties of Grayson, Wythe, Carroll, Pulaski, Giles, Montgomery, Floyd, Craig, Roanoke, and Botetourt-
 
Under the direction of the Membership Director, Membership/Recruitment Managers work in assigned communities to develop, retain and increase girl and adult membership to achieve the Council’s goals and objectives. Responsible for securing increased girl and adult volunteer participation as well as the community partnerships needed to implement Girl Scouting within the assigned area. Responsible for successfully facilitating recruitment efforts by initiating and pursuing communication strategies and protocols needed to convert prospective members to registered members. Membership Managers serve as primary point of contact for external audiences in assigned area with a focus on recruitment of members, identification of community partners.
