Retail Sales Assistant 1 – Non-exempt, Part-time
Under direction of Retail Sales Manager, the Retail Sales Assistant is responsible for providing operational support to the Council retail shop function, including mobile shops.

Development Director – Exempt, Full-time
As a member of the management team, the Development Director (DD) is responsible for building, planning, managing and implementing all fund development strategies across the jurisdiction of the Council. The DD will manage day-to-day fundraising operations including research and prospect identification, cultivation and communications strategies, proposal development, solicitations strategies, donor stewardship, database management, communications and outreach activities, and development-related volunteer relations. The focus will be on individual, corporate and planned giving. While reporting to the CEO, the DD works collaboratively and maintains clear and regular communications with the management team, Council’s Board of Directors Fund Development Committee, volunteer leadership and donor prospects.
 
The position will direct a team of development and grants/community outreach staff.

Responsible for overseeing the health and safety of campers and staff at designated camp site.
