camp sugar hollow

Camp Sugar Hollow is a 60-acre site nestled at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains located in Crozet, near the Charlottesville area. It is within hiking distance of the Sugar Hollow Reservoir, the Appalachian Trail, and Skyline Drive. The camp’s overnight facilities include two lodges, two platform tents units, one cabins unit, and a primitive camp site. The largest facility is the Running Creek Platform Tent Unit which can handle 30 people overnight. No camp ranger lives onsite.
