camp icimani

Icimani Adventure Center is the council’s newest camp property, which opened in the Spring of 2008. The camp is located on Yellow Mountain Road in southwest Roanoke County, less than 5 miles from the Tanglewood Mall area—only ½ mile off of Rt. 220 in the Clearbrook community. Situated on 63 acres in the Blue Ridge Mountains, the camp’s overnight facilities include a very large gymnasium, a small meeting room, platform tents, and camp sites. The largest facility is the main building’s gym/arena which can handle large events for up to 300 participants. A camp ranger lives onsite within the main building.
