Ranch Animal Adventures
Exciting and fun activities daily with alpacas, llamas, goats, horses, donkeys, baby animals and much more! Daily activities include interacting with the animals on the ranch to learn their nature, history, unique qualities, what they eat and how to handle them safely, and most importantly, responsible care and ownership. Learn basic handling techniques, such as to halter, groom and lead an animal. Hold baby chicks or bottle feed a baby animal! Play obstacle games with alpacas & llamas! Go on a hay ride! Always something new & different! Each camper will also create a craft item with the fiber or wool from our animals using felting techniques or weaving. Girls will go fishing using “Huck Finn” style pole in our pond (catch & release), learn magic well enough to amaze your friends and take an animal on a nature hike through the woods! One busy week for some very lucky animal-loving girls out there! Earn two patches, too! Limit: 12 girls per session.
