Weird and Wacky Science
Come and try wacky and weird experiments using eggs, water, smoke, air, chemistry, slimy goo, square bubbles, erupting volcanoes, and flying pop bottles at our daring day camp labs. Beaker the Chipmunk will assist our scout scientists. Animal habitat games, nature study, and scout camp skills will complete our week. Crafts and fun will be created daily. Come make new friends and meet up with some old friends at the Cave!

Campers’ Ages
Girls entering grades 1-7 in the fall of 2009 may attend as campers. Girls entering grade 8 or above may attend as junior staff (Camp Program Assistants, Counselor Apprentices, and Junior Counselors). Training for CPAs is being planned for the second weekend in May. More information will be sent to those girls who contact the camp director. Training for Counselor Apprentices will be held on April 3-5 at Camp Sugar Hollow; girls must register through council headquarters. Junior staff must also attend the camp staff meetings.
Contact the camp director if you plan to serve in one of these positions.
Cost
$65 Camp fee for grades 1-5
$70 Camp fee for grades 6-7
$30 Camp fee for CPAs, CAs, Junior Counselors Leadership Programs
$10 Late fee after July 15
Fees may include a t-shirt. Please indicate size on registration form.

Overnight?
All girls will camp overnight on Wednesday. Girls entering grades 6-7 and junior staff may stay overnight on Tuesday as well. There is no additional fee for the overnight.
Transportation
Parents/guardians are responsible for their daughters’ transportation to and from camp. Parents are encouraged to form carpools with other campers in the area or their troop.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
$15 of the camp fee is nonrefundable. Refunds are made only when a request is made in writing by the parent/guardian and received by the camp director no later than one week prior to the start of camp.
