The 45th Annual Council Meeting
You are invited to attend the 45th Annual Council Meeting of the Girl Scouts of Virginia Skyline Council on April 12, 2008. Our annual meeting is a wonderful opportunity for members to hear the latest news from the council, participate in the Girl Scout democratic process and catch up with old Girl Scout friends. We hope you are planning to attend.
For a wonderful time to celebrate friendships in Girl Scouting, enjoy lunch on your own following the meeting.

Directions
From I-81: Take Exit 141 toward Salem (419 South). Continue on Route 419 South through three traffic lights. After the third light, veer to the right following the Salem Civic Center sign onto Texas Street (aka 460 Bypass/Truck Route). Take a left onto Boulevard. The civic center entrance is on the left.
From Headquarters: Turn slight left out of the parking lot and then turn right onto Peters Creek Road. Take the second exit onto 581 and proceed to I-81 South, a left exit. Continue to the Salem Civic Center by using the above directions From I-81.
Meet Kathy Cloninger and Help Us Celebrate our 45th Anniversary!!!
On Saturday, April 12, after this year’s Annual Meeting, we will have a celebration for the 45th Anniversary of our council. All GSVSC girls and adults are invited to join us at the Salem Civic Center from 1 pm to 4 pm to meet Kathy Cloninger, eat lunch (including a big 45th Anniversary cake!!), play games and just plain celebrate!

Take pictures in our photo display boards and be Juliette Low in uniform

Enjoy fun games and activities: sing Girl Scout songs, make friendship bracelets, make beaded jewelry with a Girl Scout entrepreneur, have your face painted, and so much more!

Purchase a 45th Anniversary t-shirt or polo shirt.

Attend the event and receive the Girl Scouts of Virginia Skyline Council 45th Anniversary patch.
The lunch and activity fee is $10 per person. For more information see the attached flyer.
