Trefoil Academy Presents Hogwarts: The Summer Session
Harry Potter, Wizarding School, Fantasy & Who Dunnit Mystery
Spells, chills and thrills await you as you step into this interactive world. Make lasting friendships as you outfit yourself in Diagon Alley for the adventures ahead. With your housemates, battle the other houses as you master various wizarding classes (potions, care of magical creatures, archery, etc.). Explore various electives (belly-dancing, swordplay, Quidditch, drama, etc.). Slumber your nights away in our castle. Each night heralds a special event as the mystery of these ancient halls unfolds. Can you solve the murder mystery in time? (10 girls min./30 girls max.)

Overnight?
Campers will be sleeping inside, slumber-party style, in our homemade castle. A mattress will be provided. Pictures of the campers’ sleeping quarters and a photo tour are available on the camp website. Because of the distance from home and the length of stay, this is not generally recommended as a first-time-away-from-home experience.

Girls ages 8-17 may attend as campers.
Cost
Fee includes a patch (Trefoil Academy Patch), camp pictures, hand-carved wand, tie dye, meals and snacks, lodging with showers/bathrooms, program activities and much more. Important for credit card users: Virginia Skyline now charges a credit card usage fee of 3.75% of the total price. Please be sure to include that in the final total. We also accept payment by check.
$225 Camp fee
$12 Membership fee for non-Girl Scouts

Transportation
Parents/guardians are responsible for their daughters’ transportation to and from camp. Carpooling is encouraged.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
Refunds are given only when a request is made in writing by the parent/guardian and received by the camp director. Refunds for cancellations will follow GSVSC’s Cancellation Policy. If a camper fails to show or arrives after check-in has closed — without alerting the director ahead of time — she may be classified as a no-show and her slot offered to another camper on the wait list. If this happens, you will not receive a refund. Furthermore, if your camper is sent home early, you will not be refunded. We do not take this lightly — sending campers home early — so please make sure your daughter truly wishes to be here.
Please Note
The camp director will e-mail an electronic acceptance packet with packing list, or you may download it from the camp website. After you have registered with the camp, please visit http://filebox.vt.edu/users/anash/camp/hogwarts/pages/enrolled.htm for the required post-enrollment forms. Proof of a recent physical is required to attend this camp. If your camper has not had a wellness exam or physical since 8/7/2010, she will need one before camp. The proof of recent physical must be signed by a physician.
