Scouting through Time

Travel through time with a little Girl Scout flare!  Experience the adventures of Girl Scouts who came before you.  You will enjoy a week of activities from some of the most memorable periods in our history as well as learn the roots of your favorite Girl Scout traditions.  From poodle skirts to tie-dyed shirts, disco to pop, trail signs to GPS … you will be amazed at how far we have come and will enjoy learning about how we got here (40 girls min./no max. unless girl-adult ratios are not met).

Monday-Friday, June 18-22
9 AM – 4 PM
Overnight?
Rising 6^th graders and older will stay overnight on Wednesday and Thursday, with rising 3^rd-5^th graders joining on Thursday.
Campers’ Ages
Rising 1^st graders and above may attend as campers.  Older girls may serve as Counselor Apprentices, Camp Program Assistants, Program Aides and CITs.
Cost
Fee includes program patch and camp patch.  A camp gift is given each year but may not be a t-shirt.

$55         Camp fee for rising 1^st-2^nd graders
$65         Camp fee for rising 3^rd-5^th graders
$70         Camp fee for rising 6^th grade and up
$45         Camp fee for CPA, CA, PA and CIT
$10         Late fee after May 25, 2012
$12         Membership fee for non-Girl Scouts

Deadlines
Camp Registration Opens:           April 1, 2012
Early Registration Closes:              May 25, 2012 (A $10 late fee is charged after May 25)
Camp Registration Closes:            June 1, 2012
Scholarship Applications Due:     May 25, 2012
Transportation
Parents/guardians are responsible for their daughters’ transportation to and from camp.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
$20 of the camp fee is nonrefundable after May 25, 2012.  Refund requests must be made in writing and received by the camp director no later than June 1, 2012.
Please note
There will be a parent/camper meeting on Sunday, June 17, 2012, at 6 PM at Westover Park, Shelter #3.  Confirmation letters will be sent to campers/parents 1-2 weeks before the opening of camp.  Credit cards are not accepted for this camp.
