Join us for the Nation’s Capital 100th Anniversary Sing-Along. We will leave on Saturday at 6 AM from Roanoke (with a pick-up stop in Staunton), and 7 AM from Lynchburg (with a pick-up stop in Charlottesville). Celebrate the 100th Anniversary of Girl Scouts at the Sing-Along on the National Mall in June 2012. This is what memories are made of — good Girl Scout fun! The Girl Scouts have a long tradition of holding a Sing-Along on the National Mall. More than 250,000 Girl Scouts have lined the National Mall and sung some of our favorite Girl Scout songs, listened to the music and joined together to celebrate the strength of the Girl Scout Movement. Become part of the tradition!
Participants are responsible for snacks and beverages outside of meals. Troops attending must have proper adult/child ratio and submit a Trip Permission Form. Individuals may attend with a parent/guardian in attendance. The fee is based on quad occupancy. There are four pick-up/drop-off locations — Roanoke, Staunton, Lynchburg, and Charlottesville. A deposit of $50 per person must accompany registration. Final payment is due by May 15, 2012. If final payment is not received by May 15, 2012, the participant will be removed from the trip and waiting-list names will be moved into the open slot. Waiting-list participants must make full payment within one week of notification.
Participants may attend as individuals (with sponsor/adult/parent) or troops (with appropriate number of leaders/adults).

Date: Saturday-Sunday, June 9-10, 2012
Time: Depart: 6 AM from Roanoke and 7 AM from Lynchburg. Return: TBA. We will firm up times closer to the event after we know the actual locations of the pick-ups.

Fee: $165 per girl; $165 per adult (based on quad occupancy)
Min./Max.: 40 girls & adults/45 girls & adults (per pick-up/drop-off location)

Please Note: Please list pick-up/drop-off location (Roanoke, Staunton, Lynchburg or Charlottesville) on registration form. Girls will need to bring any extra snacks or drinks that they wish to have outside of meals that are provided, and spending money if desired.
