Infinity Acres Animal Adventure Day Camp
Exciting and fun activities daily with alpacas, llamas, horses, and many more animals! Daily activities include interacting with the animals on the ranch to learn their nature, history, unique qualities, what they eat and how to handle them safely, and most important, responsible care and ownership. Learn basic handling techniques, such as how to halter, groom, and lead an animal. Take an Animal Safari through the woods to a creek for a picnic lunch! Always something new and different! Each camper will also create an art piece of fiber or wool from our animals using weaving or felting techniques. Girls will go fishing using a Huck Finn-style pole in our pond (catch and release), learn a magic trick to amaze friends and compete in fun games! Enjoy unusual daily snacks that we make — such as homemade butter and cornbread, and beach blanket ice cream! One busy week for some very lucky animal-loving girls out there! Check out our photos and updates at http://www.facebook.com/infinityacres . Earn a patch as well! New for 2012: extended hours for Girl Scout Camp Week to accommodate working parents (12 girls max. per session).
