Girl Scout Day at Wintergreen (B, J, C, S, A, Adults)
Girl Scout Day at Wintergreen is for Girl Scouts (Brownies and up) and Girl Scout families. You can ski, snowboard or tube. Ski/Snowboard package includes lift ticket for an 8 hour session (2 session times available), ski or snowboard rental and a one hour beginner group lesson. The Tubing package includes two hours of tubing at set times. Please indicate on registration form if you are skiing, snowboarding, or tubing and if you wish to participate in one of the one hour lessons which are planned for 9:30am, 11am, 1pm and 5:30pm. Tubing times are 12 noon-2 pm, 2 pm – 4 pm, and 4 pm – 6 pm.
Participants may attend as individuals (with sponsor/adult/parent) or troops (with appropriate # of leaders/adults). Parent/guardian or leader will need to stay during the program.

Date: Sunday, March 10, 2013
Time: Check-in begins at 8 AM for Skiing/Snowboarding. Session 1: 9 AM-4:30 PM; Session 2: NOON-10 PM
Place: Wintergreen Resort, Route 664, Wintergreen, Va. in Nelson County. Refer to Wintergreen’s web site for directions (GPS not reliable in this area): www.wintergreenresort.com or call 434-325-8058.
Fee: $24 for Tubing session ($25 if registered after February 1); $50 for ski/snowboarding lift ticket/rental/lesson (all ages) ($55 if registered after February 1)
Min./Max.: 75 maximum for each tubing session; no limits for skiing/snowboarding

Note: TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE! GSVSC staff will send a Wintergreen waiver form to all registrants (Please provide a valid email address. Waiver form must be completed for every participant and dropped off at the Girl Scout check-in in Crawford Room. This is where you will receive lift tickets and tubing tags. DO NOT go to Ticket Office or Tubing entrance without tickets/tags from GSVSC staff. The Crawford Room in located in the Wintergreen Mountain Inn Lodge. You may leave personal belongings while you have fun as a staff member will be attending the room from 8 AM-5 PM. Plan to meet your group here!
